Seeking Laparoscopic HIPEC to treat Stage 3C Ovarian Cancer

My mom was diagnosed with Stage 3 C Ovarian Cancer on April 1, 2008 after a complete hysterectomy, omenectomy and optimal debulking. 4 mm tumors were left near her pelvis/rectum and also on the diaphram. She is fully insured, willing to travel anywhere and want to explore using hyperthermia with cisplatin and paclitaxel with some systemic chemo to cover all the bases.

Can anyone out there please tell me if you know of a doctor or facility that does laparoscopic hyperthermic chemotherapy?
