Can IPHC be used to treat Pancreatic Cancer or is systemic chemo the only solution?

IPHC is an option (as are many things) as part of an overall treatment regiment, there are other types of hyperthermic treatments being studied. It needs to be considered as an option by your support team, as the article below from ACS note: "Only a small fraction (10%) of cancers of the pancreas appear to be contained entirely within the pancreas when they are found."

Beware that the ACS article doesn't mention IPHC as an option, but there are references to hyperthermia (whole body and regional, like IPHC) in the treatment of pancreatic cancer on the ACS website itself.
There are several early stage trials ongoing using hyperthermia to improve the efficacy of system chemotherapy treatments for this form of rapidly spreading cancer. For example:
